Conditions
When you use our services for accommodation, you will have at their disposal an apartment with hotel services. These apartments function as hotel rooms, but provide much more privacy and space and have own kitchen and living room as opposed to hotel rooms. They are fully furnished and provided with towels and linen, so unless your passenger baggage, you should not wear anything else. We provide daily cleaning, change of linen every third day of your stay. For your free time made available and multimedia equipment (TV, music center, Internet, DVD).

Procedure

You can make your reservation by email, telephone or online reservation form, then we will send you a confirmation. If you require a deposit to guarantee reservation should be made within 48 hours prior to placement.

In the day that you arrive, we will meet with you in a hotel or South Pearl will come to meet you, if you so wish. Will be seated at / after 14 hours, unless no other arrangement. We will register with your personal information and you will make a payment (automatically agree with our policy to cover damages and conduct) Enjoy your stay and contact us!

Pick up from the airport

If you wish, we can get in pre-specified time and place.

Prices

Those prices are for hotel accommodation for an apartment / studio and include accommodation, use of outdoor pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas, fitness center, free parking, unlimited use of the Internet, all taxes.

Rates for extra bed:

• A child under 2 years - 100% discount
• Children from 3 to 6 years - 50% discount
• Children from 7 to 12 years - 30% discount
• Adults over 12 years - 20% discount.

Check in / Check out

Placement and exit is as follows: Check-in: after 14:00, departure: 12:00. Any change to the date of arrival, we must be notified and approved by us at least 7 days before date of arrival. In cases of unavoidable delay in arrival, renter must call the Department of Customer Services, which operates from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 by phone: +359 (0) 56 816666

Check-out after 12:00 will be considered later departure and will be charged a fee to be paid at reception when leaving.

Switches

For you will be given a key card for which you are responsible. If you lose your key card, you will have to pay 10 Euro.

Apartment cleaning / chambermaid services

We provide daily cleaning of the apartment at no additional cost, replacement of linen and towels - every third day from the date of placement. Additional cleaning charge 6 Euro / Studio, 7 Euro / studio apartment, 10 Euro / room apartment. Extra change of bed linen: 12Evro.

Multimedia Equipment

Internet, television, DVD + DiVx player, music center, which works with MP3 and disc home theater system, discs of films are usually available in every apartment (see details for each apartment).

Linen

We will provide bed linen (100% cotton quality and modern design), and follow your requirement available bed capacity, according to your reservation. Set a clean bed linen is provided every third day for each additional set fee is 12Evro. We provide pillows, and stuffed with natural feather and hypoallergenic with a synthetic filling. In all cases not provided more than 1 set per person. In cases of persistent spots on any part of bed linen and the complete value, amounting to 50 Euro, to be recovered.

Towels

We will provide one set / Guest of 3 towels (100% quality cotton, white) face and one pool towel (100% quality cotton, blue) every third day from the date of replacement housing with clean towels, for each has requested an additional set fee of 5 Euro.

 Payment methods

Payment can be made:
• Cash
• credit card (after a completed authorization from you).
• bank transfer to one of our accounts (bank charges are borne by the customer)

Deposit to guarantee reservation

Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of 20% to 50% of the entire car.

Cancellation of booking - cancellation fee

Any cancellations of reservations must be made in writing and be sent to fax: 00 359 56 8366 66. Date of entry into force of cancellation is the date on which you will receive your written notification.

Penalty charges for cancellation are set out in below

a) 50% of the deposit of cancellation until 7 days before date of arrival
b) 100% of the deposit of cancellation until 2 days before date of arrival

Period for payment

The entire amount (for stays up to 14 days) must be paid at the guests in the apartment.
If you have booked a stay longer than 14 days remaining payments should be made every 14 days.

Policy to cover damages

You are responsible for any damages and you agree to pay the amount we specify.
